Domaine Anne Boisson

Domaine Anne Boisson

History and Terroir

Anne Boisson, heiress to the Boisson-Vadot family estate, now makes wine under her own name alongside her brother Pierre. The Boisson family cultivates its vineyards around Meursault, with plots spread across several appellations in the Côte de Beaune and the Mâconnais.

Viticulture and Vinification – The Philosophy of the Estate

True to the family approach, Anne Boisson favors meticulous viticulture: manual harvesting, rigorous sorting, and precise work on ripeness.

The winemaking process highlights the natural expression of Chardonnay: indigenous yeasts, controlled aging in barrels to preserve the aromatic purity and freshness of the fruit.

She produces Burgundy Blanc wines as well as more exclusive vintages, such as Aligoté.

The Wines of the Domaine

Here are some of Anne Boisson's iconic wines:

- Bourgogne Aligoté:  a lively and expressive white wine, typical of Burgundy's Aligoté variety.

- Meursault: wines from the Meursault terroirs, combining finesse, minerality, and tension, regularly praised by critics.

- Meursault Premier CruGenevrières” one of the most prestigious premier crus in the appellation.

Anne Boisson wines are distinguished by their elegance, aromatic clarity, and discreet sophistication, always in service to the terroir.
