Delivery times :
- France : 1 to 2 working days
- Europe : 2 to 3 working days
- Switzerland, United Kingdom and Norway : 3 to 4 working days excluding customs clearance
- Asia : 4 to 5 working days excluding customs clearance
- Australia and New Zealand : 5 to 7 working days excluding customs clearance
- United States : 1 to 2 weeks
Usually, delivery times are followed.
However, delays may occur in this following cases :
- Customs clearance
- Champagne’s order : we have to apply for a Champagne certificate, which may take a few days.
Delays in delivery are not within our control and cannot give rise to damages.

Insurance :
We prepare your orders in highly resistant polystyrene packaging, suitable for sending bottles of wine.
Insurance is included in your delivery fees and covers the full amount of your order and cannot be deducted from these fees.

For shipments to Europe, the VAT rate applied is the VAT rate of the destination country.
