Domaine Eric Boigelot

The History of Eric Boigelot Estate

The Boigelot estate is a true family story, founded in 1918 with only 2 hectares by Éric's great-grandfather. Over the decades, the estate gradually expanded. Today, Éric Boigelot and his wife Patricia run the estate based in Meursault.

In total, 9 hectares are spread across four prestigious appellations of the Côte de Beaune: Meursault, Pommard, Volnay, and Monthelie.

Viticulture and Winemaking : The Estate's Philosophy

The alliance between respect for the terroir and modernity shapes a sustainable approach to cultivation and consumption, embodied by the highest HVE 3 (High Environmental Value) certification.

In the cellar, Éric Boigelot employs traditional winemaking combined with precise techniques to enhance each cuvée. The wines, whether red or white, are aged in oak barrels for at least 12 months.
