Domaine Rossignol-Février is a family estate established in Volnay for several generations. Today, Valentin and his father Frédéric work together as a team, striving to produce exceptional wines. The vineyard covers 7 hectares spread across 16 appellations, predominantly producing red wines.

Viticulture and Vinification : The Estate's Philosophy

In the vineyard, the estate focuses on sustainable viticulture and meticulous vineyard management to ensure the quality of the grapes. The estate has practiced biodynamic viticulture since 2009 and has been Demeter certified since 2012.

In the cellar, the estate vinifies sevral cuvées with whole clusters, with the proportion depending on the vintage. Valentin and Frédéric employ gentle extractions, favoring light punch-downs and preferring pump-overs to extract soft and elegant tannins.
