Domaine Henri Boillot

Domaine Henri Boillot is today recognised as one of the most prestigious wine estates in the Côte de Beaune, and has been making and ageing wines from the greatest terroirs of Volnay Meursault and Puligny-Montrachet, including the famous Puligny-Montrachet Premier Cru Clos de la Mouchère Monopole, for five generations.
Henri Boillot took responsibility for the estate in the footsteps of his father Jean, and in 1995 decided to start a negociant business in parallel with the running of the vineyard. His son, Guillaume, joined him in 2008 and they now form a complementary team, with Henri making the white wines and Guillaume the reds.

Domaine Cottenceau

Domaine Cottenceau was established at Buxy in the Côte Châlonnaise by Maxime Cottenceau, a promising young winemaker who began his activity in 2018 after a two-year apprenticeship with Vincent Dureuil at Rully.
With a little over 6 hectares of vines, Maxime cultivates the three emblematic Burgundy grape varieties: Chardonnay, Aligoté and Pinot Noir. The appellations of the estate are varied, with notably wines from the terroirs of Givry, Montagny and Mercurey. The estate has been in conversion to organic viticulture since 2020.

Domaine Pierre-Vincent Girardin

Pierre-Vincent Girardin makes his wines at Meursault, in a magnificent modern cellar whose outline can be admired from the road.
From a very early age, his father Vincent Girardin, a famous Burgundy winemaker, taught him everything he knew about making world-class wines, and he produced his first vintage in 2017 at the age of only nineteen. Today the vineyard covers 4.5 hectares and includes several prestigious appellations in Meursault, Pommard and Puligny-Montrachet including the celebrated grand cru of Bâtard-Montrachet.

Domaine Y.Clerget

Established at Pommard since 1268, Domaine Clerget figures amongst the oldest estates in Burgundy, and has been in the hands of the same family for 28 generations.
Covering some 6 hectares, the estate is today headed up by Thibaud Clerget, who took over responsibility in 2015 after having learned his trade on the DROUHIN family estate in Oregon and with Charles Van Canneyt at Domaine HUDELOT NOELLAT.
He makes mostly red wines from several prestigious appellations such as Volnay and Pommard, and notably the Clos de Vougeot Grand Cru in the Côte de Nuits.  He also produces white wines including an excellent Meursault Les Chevalières.

Domaine Confuron Gindre

Domaine Confuron-Gindre at Vosne-Romanée is owned by the Confuron family who have been in Burgundy for 6 generations.  It now comprises around 11 hectares of vines across Vosne-Romanée, Nuits Saint Georges and Gevrey-Chambertin. François Confuron-Gindre produces 80% red wines and 20% whites, notably several Premiers Crus in Vosne-Romanée: Les Chaumes, Les Brulées, Les Beaumonts and Les Suchots, as well as an Echezeaux Grand Cru. A number of new parcels have recently integrated the estate.

Domaine Edouard Confuron

Domaine Edouard Confuron is a newly established domain at Vosne-Romanée in the Côte de Nuits, created by Edouard, the son of François Confuron (Domaine CONFURON GINDRE). He produced a first vintage in 2021. He proposes several wines from the Côte de Nuits such as Vosne-Romanée “Les Hautes Maizières”, Nuits Saint Georges “Aux Allots”, and Gevrey-Chambertin “Les Seuvrées”.

Domaine Joannes Violot-Guillemard

Domaine Violot-Guillemard, at Pommard in the Côte de Beaune is composed of 8 hectares of vines. Joannes took over the running of the estate from his father Thierry in 2019. He currently produces a number of prestigious wines from the Pommard appellation such as “Les Epenots” and “Les Rugiens” plus the Premier Cru Monopole “Derrière Saint-Jean”. In white, Joannes proposes several Villages including a Meursault “Les Meix Chavaux” and the renowned Beaune Premier Cru “Clos des Mouches”.

Domaine Bonneau du Martray

Domaine Bonneau du Martray is situated on the Corton hill at Pernand Vergelesses and is one of the oldest estates in the Côte d’Or. In 1969, René Bonneau du Martray passed the domain to his nephew Jean Le Bault, Count of la Morinière. In 1994, he was succeeded by his son Jean-Charles Le Bault de la Morinière who orientated the estate towards organic farming. Today it is the property of Stanley Kroenke, an American who also owns the famous Screaming Eagle estate in California. Covering around 7 hectares, Domaine Bonneau du Martray produces two famous Grand Crus: a Corton in red and a Corton Charlemagne in white.

Maison A&S

The Maison A&S was created by two friends, Pierre-Alexandre Soltana and Alexandre Aires. Pierre-Alexandre has worked at Domaine des Comtes Lafon in Meursault since 2009, and Alexandre Aires has worked in several Burgundy estates and is now cellarmaster at Domaine Thibault Liger-Belair in Nuits Saint Georges. For this project they purchase grapes from producers who farm their vines organically, and they produced their first vintage in 2018. In 2022 they acquired their first parcel of Pinot Noir in the Hautes Côtes de Beaune followed by a parcel on the edge of Pommard in 2023.

Roc Breïa - Théo Dancer

Roc Breïa is the new project of Théo DANCER in the Maconnais.
Théo, son of Vincent, a famous winemaker in Chassagne Montrachet, has also taken over the family estate with the ambition of producing two top class wines, a Pinot Noir and a Chardonnay. After only two years, work carried out in the vines and in the cellar has borne fruit, producing luscious wines that offer immense pleasure from their youth.

Champagne Philipponnat

Champagne Philipponnat has been a family run estate for almost five centuries, and is now run by Charles Philipponnat who has been at the head of this champagne house since the early 2000’s.  
Situated in the heart of Champagne at Mareuil-sur-Aÿ, its vineyards cover 17 hectares around Aÿ, Avenay-Val-D’Or and Mareuil-sur-Aÿ.
Its most famous champagne is the world-renowned Clos des Goisses, made from a single vineyard of 5.5 hectares enclosed by stone walls that sits on a slope of 40°. This Clos des Goisses vineyard was acquired in 1935, and is exceptional for its fully south facing orientation that confers phenomenal complexity on these wines.

Maxime Crotet

Maxime Crotet is a child of Burgundy. Both his grandfather and his father were renowned chefs. After a dozen or so years spent alongside Frederic COSSARD learning all the different stages of making fine natural wines, Maxime now has his own winemaking facilities in Beaune which have allowed him to launch his own wines.
He produces several wines, all beautifully drinkable. Curious of nature and with a love for the multitude of grape varieties that France has to offer, he vinifies not only Burgundy grapes but also Syrah, Grenache, or even Savagnin. Definitely a name to watch!

Domaine Hubert Lamy

Domaine Hubert Lamy is one of the legendary estates in the village of Saint Aubin, having been established there since 1640. Today it is Olivier, Hubert’s son, who heads up the estate, producing wines that perfectly reflect all the nuances of the different climats of the appellation.  
Through tireless work in both the vineyard and the cellar, Olivier brings out the expression of the terroirs and produces wines of precision and elegance, with immense ageing potential. Wines that should be tasted at least once in your life! 

Domaine de la Commaraine

Domaine de la Commaraine has existed in Pommard since the 12th century. Long the property of the Jaboulet-Verchère family, the estate was purchased in 2017 by Denise Dupré and Mark Nunelly, an American couple whose ambition was to produce top quality wines, bringing on board PAUL KRUG as estate manager.
The estate is made up of different parcels, including the Monopole Clos de la Commaraine. This Premier Cru at Pommard is considered one of the most prestigious in the Côte de Beaune. The estate has been organically farmed since 2017 and also follows biodynamic principles.

Famille Messager Germain

Adèle Germain and Simon Messager are 2 local children, she is from Côte de Beaune, he is from Côte de Nuits and both from winegrower families.
They are both studying at Lycée Viticole in Beaune. Simon, passionate about winegrowing thanks to his father, gained his experience at renowned estates sush as Huguenot, Domaine Bart and others. Adèle turned to the wine trade, working in Portugal, South Africa, New Zealand and in France, at Château de Pommard.
Wanting to work together, they start up their own domaine, Famille Messager Germain to run Simon’s father’s vineyard and develop a negoce. Estate cultivated organically without AB certification as a matter of cultural freedom, the vineyards stretch from Marsannay la Côte to Fixin, passing by Fixin. The negoce has been developped to follow on from Côte de Nuits’ appellations.

Domaine Rossignol Fevrier

Domaine Rossignol Fevrier is located in Volnay, Burgundy. Frédéric Rossignol and his son Valentin run the estate, which has 7 hectares of vineyards spread over 16 appellations and produces mainly red wines. The estate has been working biodynamically since 2009 and has been Demeter-certified since 2012.
The wines of Domaine Rossignol Fevrier are beautifully fresh, with supple tannins and fruity aromas. You'll find a number of renowned Côte de Beaune appellations, including Volnay "Clos de la Cave" and Volnay 1er Cru "Clos des Angles".
